The Resort at Longboat Key Club

  Nicole and Christian’s wedding at The Resort at Longboat Key Club was the kind of day that stays with you long after the last dance. Their ceremony unfolded oceanside beneath a wide open Florida sky, with lush white arrangements of hydrangeas, garden roses, and delphinium by Maven Way lining the aisle and framing every exchanged glance. As the sun melted toward the Gulf, guests gathered for cocktails beneath the trees, sipping his Old Fashioned and her Hugo Spritz before stepping into a breathtaking sailcloth tent draped with billowing fabric, bistro lights, and the soft glow of candlelight. Tables were layered with scalloped white chargers, bud vases of white tulips, and low floral clusters that felt abundant without ever feeling overdone. A lace-trimmed veil printed with the couple’s names in flowing script welcomed guests at the entrance, and their seating chart draped beautifully from the base of an ancient banyan tree. Nicole was stunning in a tiered ballgown with a cathedral-length lace veil, and when the night finally drew to a close, the couple made their exit through a tunnel of sparklers with a dip-kiss that had every single guest on their feet.
