Ah, full wedding planning. It truly is a luxury. We will handpick the best vendors for you to choose from, we'll design the wedding to match your vision, keep you on track when it comes to personal tasks like dress fittings and vendor payments, and make sure all the logistics are tied up with a bow. We will create magic and you don't have to worry about a thing.

Once we have a signed contract and your first deposit we will jump right in! We'll send you a planning questionnaire and get your first meeting scheduled. Yay!

We’d like to start by saying that venue coordinators are amazing. We are truly blessed when we work with someone at a venue who knows it inside and out. However, their title perfectly explains their role—they coordinate the aspects of the venue. They will help answer questions about load-in, parking, what rentals are available, and, if the catering is in-house, they will facilitate the dinner service and all things food & beverage. Like I said, an amazing helper!

But, without a wedding coordinator, this leaves all your other vendors (beauty, florals, photography, entertainment, etc.) without a point person. Wedding coordinators help make sure ALL vendors (and your family and wedding party) know what’s going on. We help you all. day. long. Not just when food and drinks are being served. If you have a wedding coordinator AND a venue coordinator then you can truly say “having two is better than having one”. 

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A WEDDING COORDINATOR AND A VENUE COORDINATOR?

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A WEDDING PLANNER AND A WEDDING COORDINATOR?

There is also a big difference between hiring a wedding coordinator and hiring a wedding planner. When you hire a wedding coordinator, the wedding planner is technically you (or your mom). The wedding coordinator will only step in and assist you for those services agreed upon in your contract. There is usually no design help other than the styling of the items you give them on the actual wedding day. 

On the other hand, a wedding planner works with you from beginning to end. Wedding planners know your day (and you) very well. We help answer all questions, big and small, from napkin folds to trolley schedules to when you should cut your cake. Wedding planners make wedding planning fun—for you and us! 

The three packages we offer are all wedding planning packages. As a company, we like to be totally immersed in your process and know our couples well. 

DOES TA PLAN OTHER EVENTS OUTSIDE OF WEDDINGS? 

At the moment, no. However, we are always up for a creative experience. With the right budget and concept, we can be persuaded to be a part of any celebration! 

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO YOU ACCEPT BOOKINGS? 

We accept bookings no more than 16 months out. Our ideal timeframe for planning a wedding is 12-14 months out. 

DO YOU HAVE PREFERRED VENDORS OR WILL YOU HELP US SECURE OUR VENDOR TEAM? 

Oh, yes. We know some of the best people to work with in Florida, and we would love to share them with you! When you hire us for The Essential Package, you will receive our vendor list and can ask for recommendations during any of your three planning meetings. If you hire us for The In Between or The Full Thing, we will work closely with you to build the best team of vendors you could ever dream of. You’ll basically want to hang out with us all day. 

WHAT IS YOUR SERVICE AREA?

Currently all our team members live in Sarasota, Florida, so you will most frequently find us at venues in the Sarasota area. However, we are often in Tampa and St. Petersburg, as well. We are willing to travel for the right couples, but there will be travel fees involved.
